In collaboration with Nicole from Urth Elements, we are putting together a weekend retreat to heal and connect to our wombs. This retreat is for people who identify as female and those who were born with a womb.

About the event
You are invited to an intimate retreat to reconnect with the Womb and Heart, the centre of your Feminine being. Through ritual, guided meditation, journaling, movement, sound healing and one on one Womb Healing together, in sisterhood we will reawaken the Divine feminine. By connecting to your Womb, your Menstrual Cycle/Moon Cycle, you connect to your wisdom and intuition which will allow you to flow in life.
The weekend will begin with a Cacao Blessing. Using Ecuadorian Ceremonial Cacao Tea from The Goddess Temple Cacao. Together, with this beautiful plant medicine, we will ask for guidance to open our hearts and strengthen the Heart-Womb connection.
Through Ancestral and Womb Renewal Meditation – gentle yet powerful connection and releases – we clear what no longer serves us. You will learn how to use powerful tools to fully understand and feel empowered by your menstrual cycle rather than burdened by it. You…
